30-day implementation guarantee

Go through The Cold Ads System and complete the accompanying implementation workbook. If, within 30 days of purchase, you cannot identify at least three concrete changes worth testing across your offer, creative, funnel or paid-acquisition process, you may request a full refund.

Completed workbook required

You must attach your completed implementation workbook to your refund request. This allows me to confirm that you went through the material and made a genuine attempt to apply it. It also gives me the opportunity to review your work and potentially help you identify useful changes if you were unable to find value on your own.

A refund request submitted without the completed workbook does not meet the conditions of this implementation guarantee.

How to request a refund

Submit your request within 30 calendar days of your original purchase and include:

• The email address used for your purchase.
• Your completed implementation workbook as an attachment.
• A short explanation of where the system did not provide value for your business.

Refund processing

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund after it has been processed.
